It works great, minimal brightness at dark, but movement will turn it on to full btightness. The included outlet is postioned well and now gives me an outlet on my deck without having to run extra wires or cut an access hole.

These lights were high quality construction. Very easy to install. They work as description said they would. We wanted lights that would go off and come on again when motion is detected. They work perfectly! The location of the GFCI outlets means they won’t be impacted by rain of other weather like ones on the side of most lights. Very happy with purchase. We would highly recommend these over other lights, and we’ve lights over the years. Especially true if only want light to come on with motion, go off again and not stay on all night.

I like this lamp because unlike others, it accepts either LED or incandescent bulbs, plus it has the manual option so the light will stay on. The unit is handsome, and works as described. I notice there is no option to ask questions about this item. I would like to know the maximum recommended wattage for the bulb. Please note 1) The LED bulb does not have to be dimmable, if you use the lamp in the LOW setting. 2) The unit has pretty good detection even at about a 45 degree downward angle. I have steps going down from the deck to the side of the lamp, and it will detect at about 15 ft., even though there are wooden slats and a handrail in the way.

They look really nice outside, the motion detectors work very well, when motion activated the light is nice and bright. Then the light automatically dims and you can hardly see the light. I have installed a total of five around the outside of my house. My electrician gave me a thumbs up on these!

Nice style, works as stayed. The motion sensor is very good! I use it with a 60 watt incandescent light bulb. At night, it’s like a night light. When it senses motion, it becomes very bright. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. Installed in just minutes! Nicely designed unit!

This light works well and has bottom hidden GFI receptacle. Installation is somewhat easy with a couple of drawbacks. If you have stucco siding you most likely will have to remove a small amount around the area of the cover to allow aligning of the mounting screws to the backing plate. you should use a magnetic screwdriver tip or some other way to hold the extremely small mounting screw on the screwdriver
