It softly forms without any stiffness. My neck is thankful for it. Definitely an upgrade to my old regular cheap stuffed pillow. I really love the two sided soft warm and the nicely soothing cool side. I was amazed just how cold it was very stimulating when you need that extra coldness. I’m very glad to purchase this pillow and definitely recommend. Also it was shipped very well packed tight and expanded in no time. My advice just open it and leave it for a while then fluff.

This pillow is the perfect pillow. In fact it’s my favorite pillow ever. Great support but soft too. Memory foam is often to firm but this is a perfect balance. Feels luxury too. Great price point. I will buy this pillow again.
Edit: after three months my thoughts have changed. As the pillow has aged it’s become firmer and bulkier feeling and less responsive to my movements. In fact I now find it rather uncomfortable. Because of this I would not purchase again. Bummer, because it was so good at first.

If you want a normal-shaped pillow that will fit in a case, machine washable, and all the benefits of an ergonomic specialty pillow, look no further! Within a half hour of opening from vacuum seal, these babies were plump and ready for business.
I slept in one position the entire night. It feels soft and comfy, sinks like memory foam but with some bounce to it. Thick enough to hold my neck in optimal position without having to search for the right angle or indentation. I didn’t have to sleep on my hands to give myself some firmness.
When I woke up, my usual back and neck pain were so much less. After just one night! I highly recommend. Affordable, comfy, effective, and practical!
