As in other reviews, the display goes off after a few seconds, and the clock has to be tapped to go back on. That was not helpful to me, as I wanted to be able to see it from across my workshop. It is also somewhat difficult to set. Otherwise it is not bad. The display is a good size and nice and bright (but can be dimmed). It keeps time, even when the display is off, and the battery backup works. I did not check out the alarm, as I did not need that function.

The numbers on this clock are large and easy to read. However, we ordered a black clock and it came with a white cord which stands out like a sore thumb. I thought we would just use batteries and not use the cord, but with batteries it only stays lit for about 30 seconds, if that. It was challenging to program as well. Disappointed because I like the looks of it, but the white cord looks terrible.
